Well we have fallen back folks. Time is now shorter in the day and longer in the night. What can you do to adjust?
-First enjoy your extra hour of sleep because I know I am.
-Use this as a chance to switch up your routine by including time to read or put on smooth relaxing music before bed.
-Pick a book to read to get you in to the swing of Fall/Winter. Nothing like a good read to cover up to.
-Lastly Binge watching a great show. With all the streaming options we have now , a great show with snacks could be the fix.
